Lizzy and I had a LEFSA day. Made 60 of them...YUMMY!!!! It was a fun day. Love spending 'bonding' time with Lizzy. Mom even came up for a bit!

we finally got our tree up!!! the kids did a great job!!!! Darrick wasn't feeling the 'holiday' spirit, so i told the kids we would just do it!!!
So we have the tree up, i have the gifts bought, wrapped, and under the tree, I am so ahead of the game this year!!!!
Everything is good here. Looking forward to the holidays! This sunday Lizzy and I are getting together to make 'homemade' LEFSA!!!! Yummy, for all you non norweigians...you have no idea what your missing!!!
